We’re excited about this new way of commenting and publishing on tasks that we’ve added. Use the voice notes plugin to record audio messages on tasks as updates and reminders for your teammates or yourself.
Tasks as Google Docs
A task is just like a Google Doc, but for everything! Track invoices, dependencies, subtasks, voice notes, documents, time reports, comments, and more. All that in just one place!
Integration with Slack
Receive project updates right within Slack. Create a unique channel for each project to receive selected updates from that project, or choose a specific person to send updates to and make sure everyone gets the information they need in real time. In addition to Slack, we’ve also launched integrations with GitHub and Google Chat.
Inbox (Dynamic Filters)
Now you can apply dynamic filters to your Workep Inbox to filter what’s most important to you. Track and monitor everything by task status, project, assignee, deadlines, and tags. See what’s most relevant to you at a glance to help you manage your day better!
Time Tracker (Panel and Wellness Break)
Now the Time Tracker has a panel where you can see exactly how much time you’ve spent on each task and plan and schedule your day. You can even add wellness breaks to remind yourself to pause and refresh, so you can continue working on your tasks with better concentration.
You’ll never lose track of the budget on your projects again with the Budget Tracker! Use it to keep track of every time you spend money on a task to ensure your projects stay on target with the budget.

Gmail Add-on (Coming Soon)
Save yourself time by sending the contents of an email directly from Gmail to Workep, with an assignee and due date, without ever leaving your Gmail inbox! Never waste time manually adding the info from an email to a task again.
